Social and Economic Networks: Models and Analysis

Professor Matthew O. Jackson has introduced thousands to the advanced study of networks in this course, teaching how to model the social and economic relationships that pervade our lives. This MOOC, offered on Coursera, draws on work by sociologists, economists, computer scientists, physicists, and mathematicians to provide an overview of research on networks, and analysis of how networks impact such diverse behavioral phenomena as contagion, diffusion, learning, and peer influences.
