Graduate students: Do you have trouble juggling everything you have to do? Do you find yourself stressing more about how you never have time to do anything rather than actually doing it? Time management is something we all struggle with, especially given the demands of graduate school. In this workshop, we will present and discuss effective ways in which you can manage your time most efficiently.

Presenter: Graduate Skills Coach Aarthi Padmanabhan PhD
Dr. Aarthi Padmanabhan received a PhD in Cognitive Psychology at the University of Pittsburgh with a focus on adolescent brain development. She then joined Dr. Vinod Menon's lab at Stanford University as a post doctoral fellow in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences where she studies the development of brain function in Autism Spectrum Disorders.
