This the Stanford Pre-Education Society's large fall event. The panel will discuss various purposes for a college education: to become a global citizen, to gain career skills, to gain life skills, etc. They will discuss each of their paths and continue on to discuss some of the complexities inherent in this conversation: is any one purpose more correct than another? How can students’ circumstances affect their purposes and their reasons for having those purposes? How each college student empower themselves and find the purpose for their college education?
Show up at 5:30 for Ike's sandwiches and at 6 for the panel!
