Poll Everywhere is a web-based polling tool that engages students on devices they already have: their phones. Real-time polling can help you gauge how well class materials are being understood, attain consensus on course material or questions, and provide additional opportunities for student discussion and participation in class. In this workshop, you’ll actively participate in a variety of polls to get started with Poll Everywhere. You will leave with teaching strategies and the know-how to begin using Poll Everywhere in your section or course. This workshop will target graduate students and postdocs but is open to all members of the campus community.
