Course Design for Student Learning: A Workshop for Grads and Postdocs

This hands-on workshop will prepare graduate students and post-docs to develop or revise a course to be taught at or beyond Stanford and:

  • Apply course design principles focused on student learning
  • Analyze examples of Stanford syllabi
  • Develop student learning goals

You are also invited to attend a 45-minute pedagogy training session (1:30pm-2:15pm) directly following our hands-on workshop that will teach you how to offer your own course design workshop within your department. This training session is ideal for departmental liaisons, teaching mentors, tutors, RCCs, and staff.

This is a brown bag lunch, we offer snacks and beverages. Please RSVP by November 7.
